It continues to be a busy time on site as the project prepares to mark another milestone in the coming weeks – the release of the first residential lots at Glen Iris Estate.
Stage 1 Civil Works
Stage1 is rapidly evolving with the extension of water, power, sewer and gas services nearing completion,
Work is now underway on above ground finishes such as roads, footpaths and lighting which will ensure our new community neighbourhood is easily accessible and well connected.
Densford Civil continues to manage the development of Glen Iris Estate to the highest standards with a focus on dust and vibration control.
It is anticipated construction of Stage 1will be completed by early August.
Landscaping and Tree Retention
Landscaping at Glen Iris Estate is about to commence bringing us one step closer to our vision for a residential community defined by generous green space, connected walking trails, and leafy streetscapes.
In line with our commitment to preserve thenatural beauty of the site, our project arborist continues to work closely withthe City of Cockburn and Densford Civil on tree retention.
Evaluating the health of individual trees, assessing the structure of tree roots and utilising innovative excavation techniques is allowing us to maximise the number of trees which are retained across the estate.
Next stages
Stage 2 and Stage 3 of Glen Iris Estate will commence this month and include the lots facing Hartwell Parade and the project area extending north towards Twin Waters Pass.
