WA family-owned construction company Densford Civil has been awarded the contract for Glen Iris Estate and will begin work onsite on 28 August 2023.
We are delighted to welcome to our project team this experienced civil construction company, which has delivered numerous projects throughout WA, including the Port Coogee Redevelopment, Maraboo Island at Port Coogee, Cockburn Central and Shoreline in the City of Cockburn.
Established in 1991, Densford Civil has a reputation for its expertise in civil construction and project management, and its high standards, including a focus on safety, quality and teamwork.
It is expected that Stage 1 works for the Glen Iris Estate will take around 35 weeks, with completion expected in late April 2024.
