GETTING READY FOR STAGE 1 REVEAL
The middle of the year is the perfect time to look ahead to the rest of 2024 at Glen Iris Estate – and one the biggest milestones is just round the corner!
With Stage 1 of Glen Iris Estate close to completion, the first phase of our development will soon be ready to be unveiled.
The milestone will reflect years of meticulous planning and design. It will also mark the moment that an estate showcasing natural beauty, generous green space, connected walking trails, and leafy streetscapes is ready to start emerging out of the ground.
When will Stage 1 be open to the public?
It’s anticipated that Stage 1 will be open to the public sometime in mid-July.
We can’t wait to show you around!
We’re also looking forward to celebrating with our first purchasers at Glen Iris Estate as they stand on their new homesites and plan their future here.
Get ready for the parks, streetscapes, playgrounds and picnic areas to really start taking shape in the coming months.
These areas are all included in the multimillion-dollar landscaping contract that has just been awarded.
It’s especially good news for all the local youngsters and all our four-legged friends. In fact, good news for anyone with energy to burn as these extra local parks, playgrounds and greenspaces are designed for everyone to enjoy.
The construction of these recreational areas has started, with the works and landscaping enhancing and complementing the existing mature trees being retained on the site.
