We’re pleased to share that bulk earthworks have now commenced in the southern precinct, just south of the first stage of works currently underway along Berrigan Drive. Vegetation clearing is already in progress, and earthworks are scheduled to begin in late August. These works have been timed for the wetter months of late winter and early spring to help minimise dust impacts on surrounding homes.
A 2.4m high dust fence will be installed along the boundary with existing homes, and we’ll also have an extra water cart on-site to help keep dust to a minimum throughout the earthworks.
